A daily morning yoga class focused on movement, breath, and mindful grounding. Perfect for students who want a flexible daily practice they can join as a drop-in session.

Reiki Healing
An afternoon healing session designed to restore calm, balance, and energetic alignment through guided Reiki practice in a peaceful setting.

Sound Healing
A daily evening sound healing class using vibration, stillness, and deep listening to help release stress and support emotional and physical relaxation.

Sound Healing Course Level 1 & 2
A monthly sound healing course for Level 1 and Level 2 students. The course runs in two monthly blocks: from the 1st to the 8th, and again from the 15th to the 22nd.

Swami Padmasattva
Swami Padmasattva is a spiritual master from Nepal and an experienced, registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (US). He teaches ancient traditional yoga in a scientific manner, making it accessible to modern practitioners. With extensive knowledge in the Traditional Usui system of Reiki, Tibetan Sound Healing, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Meditation, Swami Padmasattva offers a profound understanding of human consciousness and yoga. His teachings blend various traditions, including Buddhist, Tibetan, Osho, Zen, Tao, and Vedic, to cater to those seeking spiritual liberation.

Dilshova Budhhacharya
Dilshova Budhhacharya, a dedicated practitioner and certified Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (US), has over two decades of experience in Hatha Yoga. Her journey into wellness is grounded in the Traditional Usui system of Reiki and expanded to include Himalayan and Tibetan Sound Healing therapy, as well as Meditation. Dilshovas holistic approach fosters self-discovery, promoting wellness and inner harmony among her students. Join her to embark on a transformative journey towards holistic well-being.
